At Noolify, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return your book within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Returned items must be in like-new condition — free from damage, markings, or signs of use.

• Returns are only accepted for:

  • Items with manufacturing defects

  • Items that meet the return condition guidelines

If the returned book is found to be damaged, written on, or not in its original condition, the return and refund will be declined.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned book, a refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Important Notes

• Items must be shipped back to the official Noolify office address, which will be provided upon request.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for issues outside of manufacturing defects or user damage.
