  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
     

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
     

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier services.

  • Shipping details, charges, and estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.
     

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for:

    • Books in like-new, undamaged condition

    • Products with manufacturing defects

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for damaged or written-in books.

  • Return shipping must be sent to the official Noolify office address, provided upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Noolify.in, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Noolify or its content suppliers and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
 

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with the website’s functionality or security
