Shipping policy
At Noolify.in, we are committed to delivering your books promptly and securely across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully for details regarding processing, delivery times, and weight-based shipping charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most locations across India. If your address is not serviceable, we will inform you before dispatching the order.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote and rural areas may require additional delivery time.
4. Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Note: Final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on total weight and location.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may not qualify for free shipping and may include additional handling charges (if enabled).
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment online using the courier partner's website or the tracking link we provide.
7. Failed Deliveries
Delivery will be attempted twice by our courier partners.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or if books are missing:
Do not accept the package and inform us immediately.
If already accepted, report any issues within 48 hours with photos and order details at noolify.in@gmail.com
